📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 10-14 business days of the purchase date. (This excludes holidays and weekends)

Shipping Time: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days after processing.

For a turn around time of up to 10-14 business days before the products are shipped + 2-5 business days for the shipment to arrive. It can be sooner depending on order volume and availability.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Carriers:

We use USPS domestic shipping.

Lost or Damaged Items:

Kaliber’s Kreations is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on custom or made-to-order items.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at kaliberskreations24@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to resolve it.
